How long till Golden Eagle Dr is paved? 

The goal is to have at least all of the roads paved to the first 33 lots by Thanksgiving with any utilities not complete will be in by June 1, 2019.

What are the rent restrictions?

3 month minimum rental period

Will the entrance be gated ? Will there be a formal entry?

The design review committee is in place and handles applications for Hideout Canyon, Soaring Hawk and Golden Eagle. It has 5 members consisting of 2 home owners and 3 appointed members including an architect and a planner.  

Are their trails planned?  

Yes, there will be 5 miles of trails connecting with Soaring Hawk. The trail system will start being built in the summer of 2018.
