Hi, I’m Kent Schlopy with Team Schlopy and Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, and today I’d like to tell you why it’s an advantage to have a team working for you. The real estate business is a now business clients want, and expect, immediate service as they should. For instance, when an agent is with a buyer it’s a full time job. You, the buyer, don’t want your agent on the phone while you are expecting full time attention in finding your home, or in looking for answers to numerous questions.

Conversely, if you’re a seller you want to know that your agent is paying attention to every detail in order to get you the most showings and to bring you the most money for your property. You do not want an agent that’s out of the office for three or four days working with buyers and is not available to attend to your home to get it sold. You also want an agent that is proactive and able to network and prospect to find the buyer for your home.

Having a team allows the sales agents to do their jobs, which is to help you find your dream home, or to sell your property, and while that’s happening the internal and fully licensed staff at the office is on hand to complete the details to get the job done for you, most successfully. The staff may be scheduling a terrific photographs of your home, getting your yard sign ordered in and installed, arranging for a physical of inspection of the home you have selected, or working with the title companies to get your property to a successful closing. All of this while we are paying attention to our most important product, you.
