Built in 1999 by Jacobsen Homes, they bought the home in 2001 because it was a spec home with all the bells and whistles. They also loved the location, views, space for a growing family and entertaining guest.
They loved the views, all the spaces from the living room to the laundry room. This house is perfect for entertaining guest because of the open gourmet kitchen, and the easy indoor to outdoor living spaces.
They created wonderful memories here and as they reflect back on what makes this home so special. They mentioned how beautiful the hardwood flooring is on the main level. The house’s master bedroom has the best window to gaze out and reflect which is one of their favorite rooms. They love the kitchen/den area because that is where the family gathers.
