The one thing that I need to say, as sellers, please research what goes on with auctions. If your agent actually priced the home correctly, you are going to sell it. If you overprice it, then it’s not going to sell.

With sellers, the auction house requires you to put up, at least, $100,000 in marketing dollars that the seller puts up. Then, it’s an absolute auction, so, you sell it at a price. It may not be the price you want to.

For buyers, it may be a good deal for you. Check with your real estate agent. Make sure that they have the comps correctly before you put in a bid.
